At Vistaraar, we aim to deliver your clothing and accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details when dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (available at an extra charge).
  • International Shipping: Currently not available. (You can enable in future if needed.)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
  • Express Delivery: Charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
  • If delivery service is unavailable for your pin code, our team will inform you and process a full refund if necessary.

6. Delays & Issues

  • Vistaraar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

7. Undelivered Orders (RTO)

  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery or remains undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details, it may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.
  • Prepaid undelivered orders will be refunded (after deducting shipping charges, if applicable).
