1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong item).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal hygiene items.
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@vistaraar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify the request and guide you on return shipping.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval/rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
