Returns Eligibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request a return if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags\/packaging intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request is raised within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong item).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-returnable items include:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and personal hygiene items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or personalized products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Return Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at <strong><a>support@vistaraar.com<\/a><\/strong> within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery with your order details and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our support team will verify the request and guide you on return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval\/rejection of your return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
